Well behaved dogs on leads are welcome!

At the last Fresh Air my family and I discovered a sculpture that resembled our dog (a perfect bronze deerhound clone)! And on finding this photo I thought I’d mention that dogs are allowed at the sculpture show. During these preparation/installation days a whole host of dogs belonging to various members of the team have been wandering around the gardens, and as long as your dog is on the lead and behaving well they are allowed to come join in the fun. The Bronze Deerhound sculpture was by Sally Matthews.

This year Louisa Forbes have bought along a sculpture of a Lurcher, also in Bronze this piece is just as gorgeous as Sally Matthew’s deerhound. So maybe if you have a Lurcher, you can bring them along so they can pose with their sculpture clone just as my dog Alfie did!
